I bought a couple of masks. They seem nice but are totally useless and ineffective. They don’t allow for any airflow. It’s obvious that any air circulation happens only around the nose or beneath the chin. The metal strip meant to fit over the nose is flimsy and fails to keep its form. Overall, it’s a pricey letdown, and honestly, I think this company is endangering folks by offering masks that just don’t do the job. The filter pocket is a total joke since you can’t breathe through the fabric at all, so it’s pointless. How can a business or individual feel okay about selling something that clearly doesn’t work, especially now?

This mask is way too tight for my face, and unfortunately, I can't send it back. Totally unacceptable.

This mask fits really well. The quality of the materials stands up great to washing, and it looks fantastic. But here's the thing: I wear glasses all day, every day, and when I'm outside in the cold, they fog up like crazy! The nose bridge isn't sturdy enough to create a solid seal, which lets air escape and fog up my lenses. I've got some homemade masks that aren't as nice but have stronger nose bridges, and they don’t fog up at all. I really hope they can make the nose bridge better.

They say to grab the mask, but they don’t mention that you gotta pay extra for the lanyard.

I’m giving this a one star rating for the product itself, not the shopping experience (though, honestly, I don’t remember seeing on the product detail page that masks can’t be returned, which feels like it might go against FTC rules and some state consumer protection laws). I appreciate your products and your brand - but these masks just don’t cut it. They’re way too stiff and keep sliding off my face. I reached out to customer service when I was ordering, worried they wouldn’t fit right... and guess what? They don’t; they don’t even cover my chin properly. For the price I paid, I’m REALLY let down.

I came across these masks but didn’t grab them right away. After some time, I recalled them and hunted them down for a bit. So happy I stuck with it; they’ve become my go-to mask, and I’m always using the lanyard. It definitely makes the 'new normal' a bit easier to handle!
